It is our goal to be there to support you throughout your journey.  We promise to respect your choices, and assist you in being as well informed as possible when navigating through all the new information that is coming your way such as nutrition,  exercise, blood tests, ultrasounds, vaccinations and even wondering what fish you can have for dinner?  Throughout your pregnancy the list is long and sometimes confusing.  We are up to date with the newest research and decades of combined experience in the birth world. Together we will look at your vision, ideas and beliefs and integrate them into a solid plan you feel positive about.   Our intention is an experience and memory your family will truly treasure.  Your knowledge, peace and readiness for the labor and delivery will put you in the best place to experience the miracle of your birth, weather it is your first or your tenth.   We are dedicated to you on a professional and personal level and put your feeling of SUCCESS as our highest priority.  We believe that you deserve to have a family of support in achieving your IDEAL BIRTH.

At Ideal Birth,  we as Master Doulas have a variety of experience and backrounds, such as labor and post partum doulas, IBCLC Lactation Consultants, Dr. Sears Childbirth Educators,  yoga and excersize instructures, massage therapists.  We work very closely with Midwives, Doctors, Nurses, Chiropractors, Accupuncturists, Homeoplathic Doctors and many other complimentary professionals on a daily basis.
